Welcome Point UW invites international students for 2-day online workshops Mindfulness in academic and everyday life. Workshops for international students will be held on 21st-22nd of January 2021; at 11 am – 2.30 pm. More information on the web page of Welcome Point UW: link. NEW!!! Welcome Point UW invites international students for a series of online workshops on the topics such as promotion and communication, cross-cultural skills and video making. The grand finale of the project will be a preparation of an official video promoting extracurricular activities among the academic community. The workshops will be conducted by experienced trainers and project coordinators. Online meetings will be organized every two weeks on Wednesday afternoon, starting from March up to May.
There is a two-step application process:
1) First, fill in registration form: Link to the form
Deadline: January 31, 2021 11:59pm (23:59, CET)
2) Secondly, we will invite chosen participants for the online interviews in order to get to know each other and present the details of the project.

Welcome Point would like to invite you to ‘Mindfulness in academic and everyday life’ workshops: LINK
During the event you will learn what mindfulness is and how to apply this practice in our everyday life. You will find out the benefits of using mindfulness at university and at work. It will also be a great opportunity to spend your free time in a pleasant, supportive atmosphere!
WHEN? 15th -16th February 2021, 11:00 am. – 2:30 pm.
Please note that attendance during two days of workshops is required.
WHERE? If you qualify for the workshop, we will send you a link to the
meeting.
Who can participate?
– 2 nd and 3 rd year students of first cycle (Bachelor’s degree)
– 4 th and 5 th year students of uniform Master studies
– students of second cycle (Master’s degree)
